Affiliated networks
The CRICS-TRIGGERSEP clinical research network in intensive care medicine is a partner in the IHU's multicenter clinical trials. The network focuses its research activities primarily on sepsis. Led by Professor Ferhat Meziani and Professor Stephan Ehrmann since 2021, its goal is to structure clinical research within intensive care units (ICUs) and identify targeted treatments for patients with sepsis.
CRICS-TRIGGERSEP is recognized as a network of excellence by F-CRIN (French Clinical Research Infrastructure Network).

The RENARCI network is a partner of the IHU. Its objective is to strengthen France's visibility and attractiveness in infectious diseases clinical research, particularly for the development of new anti-infective agents. The network was established following a growing awareness within the infectious diseases community of gaps in the organization of clinical research and a lack of visibility at both national and international levels.
RENARCI is recognized as a network of excellence by F-CRIN (French Clinical Research Infrastructure Network).
