Management Board

The Executive Board is responsible for implementing the IHU’s scientific strategy and projects. It meets on a weekly basis.

Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the IHU. It oversees scientific directions and supervises the decisions of the Executive Board. It meets officially twice a year, holding regular informational briefings in the interim.

The inaugural meeting of the Supervisory Board took place on July 10, 2024, at the Raymond-Poincaré Hospital in Garches.

international Scientific Advisory Board (iSAB)

The International Independent Scientific Advisory Board (iSAB) is responsible for evaluating the IHU’s work and providing guidance to ensure the success of its scientific program. It meets officially once every two years.

The Board is composed of 14 experts from 7 countries:

The inaugural meeting of the iSAB took place on December 20, 2024, in Paris. Throughout the day, the Work Package (WP) leaders presented current and upcoming projects scheduled for the next five years, alongside the resources deployed. Following the meeting, the iSAB members issued a series of recommendations to guide or adjust the research activities. A detailed report was subsequently submitted to the Executive Board and the WP leaders.

Valorisation Committee

The Valorization Committee is tasked with establishing the best possible strategy to commercialize and promote the IHU’s research. The Committee serves an exclusively advisory role and brings together all members of the consortium. It meets once every two months.
