Here is the professional English translation, formatted and polished for an institutional report or newsletter:

By way of introduction, Emmanuelle Simon, representing the ANR, presented the initial monitoring elements for the IHUs, compiled from data collected during the first year of activity across the 12 third-wave IHUs. This provided a comprehensive overview of the dynamics within the different IHUs and a clearer understanding of IHU SEPSIS’s positioning.

The meeting then focused on governance, administrative, and financial management (reports from the Supervisory Board, founding members, and Executive Board), the scientific review (iSAB report, presentations of the Prevention and Immunothrombosis axes, and Work Package highlights), and the impact of IHU SEPSIS (communication plan, educational program, academic partnerships, technology transfer, and industrial partnerships).
